The managing partners, Mr. Ulrich Wogart and Mr. Tibor von Jankó, are standing behind their own employees and freelancers who work under contract on a project-by-project basis.
Following bank training and subsequent study of jurisprudence, Mr. Wogart made his career at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. From 1998 onwards, Mr. Wogart filled leading positions and held executive responsibilities in the area of institutional business; he also disposes of a high level of professional expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions and interim management.
